Being Swiss, with Italian roots and raised in the Valais, I experienced during years of study abroad, that there are different "truths" in the world. These findings were followed by a long-standing professional and management experience as HR Manager in international companies.
I learned about the potential pitfalls of intercultural cooperation from the perspective of Swiss headquarters as well as from the perspective of a subsidiary. I have culminated this practical experience with a thesis on the development of intercultural competence.
Education and Certification
I hold a Masters degree in Leadership & Change Management, including CAS in Business Management, Coaching and Organizational Development, with a master thesis in intercultural competence development for managers. In addition, I hold Swiss Federal Diplomas in Human Resources as well as in Adult Training.
I am also a licensed practitioner for the Intercultural Readiness Check (IRC).
